Brew guide:

Temperature: 190–200°F (88–93°C) — just below a full boil. Boiling water can make chamomile taste bitter and damages the delicate floral compounds.

Steep time: 5–7 minutes for a light, gentle cup. Up to 10 minutes if you prefer a stronger, more therapeutic brew.
