Peppermint and ginger are classic digestive aids that settle the stomach after a meal. Dandelion supports the liver, rooibos and honeybush adds a naturally sweet, mellow base, and lemon verbena ties it together with a light citrus note. Caffeine-free.
Brew guide:
For each cup, use 1 heaping teaspoon of the blend per 8 oz of water. For a stronger digestive brew, use 1.5 teaspoons.
Heat water to 200°F (93°C) - just off a full boil. This is hot enough to extract the ginger and dandelion root without over-steeping the peppermint.
Pour hot water over the blend in your infuser or teapot. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
Remove the infuser and pour into your cup. Best enjoyed 15-20 minutes after a meal to support digestion. A small drizzle of honey is lovely if you'd like a touch of sweetness.
