How To Brew

For each 8 oz water, use 1 tablespoon of hibiscus.

Temperature: 200°F - just below a full boil.

Step time: 7 - 10 minutes for a light, gentle cup. Brew longer for a richer, deeper flavor. Hibiscus does not turn bitter if steeped for longer.

Makes for a delicious iced tea!
